All invited guests are kindly advised to book their flights as soon as possible(deadline for hotel reservation is 30 January) and send the e-ticket and a copy of passport with their bank information to the secretariat (apps@hanmail.net) until at least January 28 for reimbursement.
Airfare will be reimbursed after the Congress.

 Pick up / Sending
|
An English Speaking Limousine Driver will help you with your pick-up &
sending. Please meet the driver at the lobby of Incheon Int’l Airport.
He will be standing with a sign of your name with his hands.
The same driver will help you going back to the airport form hotel.
