Guideline for Abstracts |
- Participants, who would like to actively participate in the Congress, are requested to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
|
- The Scientific committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the sessions and decide upon the final form of presentation.
|
- Abstract will be published in the abstract book only on receipt of payment in full for registration.
|
- You must submit your abstracts through the email (apps@hanmail.net).

Abstracts Format and Guidelines |
1. Abstracts must be submitted in English and should not exceed 300words
|
2. Time allowance for free paper presentations is 5 minutes.
|
3. All correspondence will be sent to the corresponding author at the address given.
|
4. Changes of the submitted abstracts can be made by the authors using an Registration number and password, which will be provided by the Program Committee, before February 11, 2011
|
5. Abstract will be considered by the Program Committee, following which the presenting author will receive acceptance/rejection notification, and further correspondence as applicable.
|
6. The Congress will endeavour to notify success or failure of submissions as quickly as possible. Please refrain from telephoning the office for this information unless it is a matter of extreme urgency.
|
7. Those authors whose abstracts are accepted must register to attend the congress and pay a registration fee. A program and registration form will be sent to those who are presenting papers.
|
The Program Committee, in considering which abstracts to accept for presentation at Scientific Meeting, favors original work that has not previously been published. Preference will be given to abstracts which contain details of the objectives, the materials and methods employed, the key results and the conclusion and application of the study.
